How to Claim PS Plus Monthly Games

Check your PS Plus membership
You need PS Plus Essential or higher. Check your status under Settings → PlayStation Network on PS5/PS4.

Open the PlayStation Store
Via the PS5/PS4 menu or a web browser. The "PS Plus Monthly Games" section appears on the main screen.

Add to Library
Click "Add to Library" on each game. No need to download right away — just add them before next month rotation.

Essential
2-4 monthly games, online multiplayer, and member discounts.
Extra
Everything in Essential plus a catalog of hundreds of games.
Premium
Everything in Extra plus classics, game trials, and cloud streaming.
FAQ
Yes — monthly games are playable only while subscribed. Resubscribe and every game you previously added becomes playable again.
The lineup rotates on the first Tuesday of each month. Add them to your library before the rotation; after that they are no longer free.
